I have always been an obsessive fan of cakes,especially yummy dessert chocolate,red velvet cakes and cup cakes.
I was stunned when i met this young beautiful aspiring young energetic Nigerian lady (Rejoice Simon) that has taking cake baking to another level with so much creativity embedded in it, the most surprising cakes that got me to do this post are the "Black berry cake!!!", yes you read that well Black berry cake!, the cake with the Stethoscope and that Red velvet creamy cake (*Faints) When i saw them i was short of words and am like this is the real deal!
I am glad we can still find at-least one young beautiful lady in this country (Nigeria) that will stand against all odds to chase her Nigerian dreams, i know we still have more out there.
